2nd Healthcare Social Media Summit in Manila!

Yes, you got it right! The 2nd #HealthXPh Philippine Healthcare & Social Media Summit will be held in Manila this coming April 21, 2016 at the PICC. Join us now!

What to expect during the summit?

The first summit last February 2015 was #HealthXPH’s way of bringing the virtual discussions in our weekly tweet chat to the real world. This second summit takes a step further by forging partnerships that can bring us “from click to brick.”

We’d like to translate retweets, shares and likes to concrete action that can transform healthcare.

What will be discussed in the summit?

Each session will be a mini-workshop where participants are expected to come up with an output, be it a social media policy, a social media research agenda or a directory of best practices in using social media.

Presentations are geared towards helping the participants come up with output. With this, #HealthXPh hopes to foster collaboration among participants to enable them to continue working together beyond the summit.

There will be three tracks for the summit:

  1. Ethics and Policy
  2. Research and Education
  3. Patient Stories and Advocacy

Track 1: Ethics & Policy
